**This position is located in Baton Rouge, LA** Office of Career and College Readiness Job Focus Area At the Louisiana Department of Education, specifically within the Office of Career and College Readiness, our mission is to create, promote, and manage opportunities that ensure students in Louisiana have a meaningful high school experience. We are seeking an Education Consultant 1/2/3 to manage programs aimed at helping students improve their academic performance and explore career options, enabling them to make informed decisions about their paths after graduation. Applicants with the following experience are encouraged to apply: The ability to build and maintain relationships with secondary and postsecondary partners, strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are critical to this position. In addition, knowledge of and experience with K-12 and/or postsecondary education partners, education programming, and policy are preferred.
