The Horticultural Attendant is a nonsupervisory classified position. The general responsibility of this job is to perform the skilled labor necessary to maintain the landscaping, grounds, athletic fields and facilities of the LSU Athletic Department. Duties include operating mowing and turf equipment, setting up for football, baseball, softball, soccer and track events, marking athletic fields, and planting, sodding, pruning, fertilizing and irrigation work.
