General Position Summary: Maintain accurate student records; attend to incoming students in person or via phone; administer orientation; demonstrate efficiency with data collection and reporting. Help students improve their basic math, reading comprehension, language, and computer skills to achieve high school equivalency and/or industry-based credentials (IBC) to secure entry-level employment or advance in their current occupation. Develop, deliver, revise, and teach academic instruction up to the college level, focusing on College and Career Readiness. Starting pay $25 per hour; 14 hours per week. Location: Westbank Workforce Training Center (Donaldsonville High School). Schedule: Mondays through Thursdays, 4:30 pm to 8 pm, or as needed for special events, meetings, or student needs. Essential functions include overseeing orientation and TABE administration, providing classroom instruction, guiding students through assessments and individualized career plans, and submitting weekly attendance and score reports.
