The Louisiana Department of the Treasury is seeking a highly motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented individual to join its State Bond Commission team and serve Louisiana with private sector urgency and public sector purpose. This position serves as an advanced-level debt management professional and technical resource responsible for conducting complex financial and technical analyses of debt-related applications submitted to the State Bond Commission. The successful candidate will independently evaluate proposed debt issuances, election propositions, and related financial transactions; assess compliance with applicable state and federal laws and regulations; and prepare recommendations for consideration by the State Bond Commission. The work is demanding, the pace is fast and the standards are high.
