Performs carpentry, painting, cement finishing and lawn maintenance; field maintenance repairs to heavy engineering equipment, rail cranes, tractors, mowers, excavators and dozers; operates structure cranes during maintenance and flood operations, forklifts, dump trucks and small outboard motorboats; and purchases supplies as a Government Purchase Card holder.
