Construction Manager is responsible for the management of the construction of water, sewer, road or drainage projects. Supervises and coordinates with the Resident Project Representative (RPR) on a daily basis. Provides training for the RPR. Prepares and processes documents for the execution of a project including but not limited to assistance with the contract, notice to proceed, pay applications, change orders and project close out documents. Manages the warranty follow up observation process. Coordinates with contractor, other City departments, private utilities and public as needed. Provides review and comments of the design of construction projects. Performs other duties as assigned or required.
