We’re looking for an Operating Engineer Master who is more than just technically skilled—you’re a leader, an innovator, and a vital force behind safe, efficient, and reliable facility operations. Are you a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in keeping complex systems running at peak performance? Do you thrive in an environment where no two days are the same and your expertise truly makes a difference? If so, we want you on our Facility Services team at LSUS. Operate chillers, cooling towers, heating water boilers, air handling units, air distribution systems, water pumps, chilled water and heating water loops, air compressors, building automation controls and associated systems for maintaining building environments. Perform or coordinate preventative maintenance Troubleshoots HVAC issues and alarm signals, identify causes and take corrective actions, which includes communicating with affected parties, supervisors, and any internal or external parties that would perform repairs. Maintain familiarity with contingency plans at all times.
