The University of Louisiana Monroe is seeking a Helper to join our team. This position plays a vital role in supporting campus operations. Receive deliveries from vendors and verify shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and receiving documentation. Safely unload trucks using a forklift, pallet jack, hand truck, or other material-handling equipment. Inspect incoming shipments for shortages, damage, or discrepancies and report issues to the supervisor. Organize, label, stock, and rotate inventory in designated warehouse locations. Pull and stage departmental orders for pickup or delivery. Assist employees and departments with locating and issuing warehouse supplies. Complete requisitions and inventory documentation for items issued to departments.
