NORTHEAST DELTA HUMAN SERVICES AUTHORITY MISSION: Serve as a catalyst for individuals with mental health, developmental disabilities, and addictive disorders to help them realize their full human potential by offering quality, excellent care with greater accessibility. Northeast Delta Human Services Authority is seeking a Medical Certification Manager 1 to oversee and deliver a full array of community based services to persons with developmental disabilities residing in Region VIII, a 12 parish region covering the northeast corner of Louisiana. Administration of a complex system of state funded supportive goods and services through the statewide program, Louisiana ACT 378 of 1989 that requires that children and adults to afforded the choice and opportunity to live in typical homes and communities. This position is responsible for ensuring that these Medicaid Waiver Programs and the ACT 378 Program are implemented following all CMS/federal and state rules, regulations, and procedures revising processes as are needed.
