Our mission is to offer a safe, homelike environment focused on improving each patient’s quality of life. We’re seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to deliver skilled, hands-on care to patients with complex medical needs. If you thrive in a team-oriented setting and are committed to making a difference, we encourage you to apply. Provide personal hygiene, which includes but is not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, nail care, skin care, etc., for patients. Change soiled linens when necessary. Turn and position ambulated patients as required by the ward nurse. Obtain and record vital signs of patients and report abnormal readings to the ward nurse. Provide personal interaction/stimulation to aid in daily resident orientation. Accurately maintain patient records of ADLs, round sheets, restraint records, and weight records. Make ward rounds every hour or ½ hour, as designated by shift, of assigned patients to determine their needs and maintain safety.
