Provides administrative and program support for the College of Health Sciences with emphasis on clinical processes, purchasing and grant-related activities, student and/or program documentation, and College operations. Assists the Dean, administrative staff, program directors, and faculty by supporting program activities. 25% Assists Health Sciences programs with administrative processes associated with clinical education. Assists with affiliation documentation. 25% Maintains records of grant purchases and expenditures. Assists with compiling documentation for grant reporting. Assists with College purchasing and expenditures, including supplies, equipment, and grant-funded purchases 15% Assists with selection records and documentation, accreditation records, advisory committee documentation, surveys, and other program requirements. 15% Provides administrative support for college operations and assists the Dean, administrative staff, program directors, and faculty with routine administrative processes. Prepares documents, maintains files, assists with meetings, responds to routine inquiries and refers matters to appropriate personnel.
