We are looking for a Professional Counselor to provide clinical assessment and treatment of clients with various mental health diagnoses, substance use disorders, medication-assisted treatment, and high-risk patients in crisis. Completes intake and psycho-social evaluations on primarily adults and some aftercare individuals, which includes providing technical and clinical input on diagnosis and treatment in interdisciplinary staff consultation with staff prescribers to establish an individual's treatment plan for each individual in treatment. Completes correspondence, written reports, and other communications with other agencies regarding an individual's care May provide crisis evaluation for individuals who are in acute distress as indicated by a family member, coroner, law authorities, etc., which may require complex and specialized crisis intervention, psychosocial evaluation, and specialized clinical treatment.
